Blue Springs Ranch – Terms of Use
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- No refunds on early departures
- All RV and Tent sites are priced covering 2 people on each site. Additional person(s) charges will apply after the first 2 people
- Large Cabins ( Rock Castle, Log Cabin, Bunk House, Ranch House, Pasture Lodges, 21, 3) are priced covering the first 10 people. Additional person(s) charges will apply after the first 10
- All linens supplied in Accommodations
- Children under the age of 7 stay free all year round
- All Tent camping is shut down after October 31. Select RV and Cabins will remain open. RV campers that stay from November 1 to April 1 MUST be self contained, as no shower houses will be available
Booking Conditions and Cancellations
Minimum Nights Stay
- Reservations require a 2-night minimum stay on all accommodations and campsites on weekends, one night stays may be permitted based on availability within 48 hours of arrival date with manager approval
Cabins
- MUST be at least 21 years of age to reserve a cabin at Blue Springs Ranch
- Check-In time is anytime after 4:00pm. All guests must register at the store and must obtain a resort pass.
- Check-Out time is 11:00am.
- Cabins require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Any reservation without a 50% deposit is considered “unconfirmed” and is subject to cancellation
- All accommodations are non-smoking
Camping
- MUST be at least 18 years of age to reserve a campsite at Blue Springs Ranch
- Check-In time is 2:00pm. All guests must register at the store and must obtain a resort pass.
- Check-Out time is 12:00pm
- If, after time of check-out, a camping site is reserved for another guest and you have not yet vacated, your camper will be removed
- Campers who set up on the wrong site will be asked to move
- Management reserves the right to relocate any guests should the need occur
- Campsites require full payment at the time of booking. Any campsite reservations not paid in full are considered “unconfirmed” and are subject to cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- CAMPING, FLOATING, EFFICIENCY CABINS, and GOLF CARTS: Cancellations or changes must be made at least (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to received a refund, minus a $25.00 service fee, per site, boat, or golf cart. Any cancellations in part or in whole within the (7) days of your scheduled arrival date will become NON-REFUNDABLE
- LODGING: Cancellations or changes must be made at least (15) days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund, minus a $75.00 service fee, per unit. Any cancellations in part or in whole made within the (14) days of your scheduled arrival date will become NON-REFUNDABLE
- GROUP BOOKINGS: Cancellations of (2) or more units within group bookings, must be made at least (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund, minus a $25.00 (campsites) or $75.00 (cabins) service fee, per unit. Any group cancellations in part or in whole within the (29) days of your scheduled arrival date will become NON-REFUNDABLE
Pet Policy
- We allow pets in the cabins. There will be a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per pet plus tax. If you are found to have a pet in the cabin and have failed to register it upon arrival, you will be charged an unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet
- There is no fee to have pets at campsites
- Pets are required to be on a leash at all times
Payment Type
- Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay are accepted
